Refund policy
Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we sell we do not accept returns unless the item has been damaged on it's way to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, and at most 24hrs after receipt, if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Most of our products are personalised and printed to order so please ensure that you are happy with the final design we share with you before we print as returns are not accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are no exceptions to the no returns policy due to all our items being personalised. This includes all item including any perishable goods (such as chocolates and other food items in special gift packs) and all personalised products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
